Are you taking new patients? Do I have to live in the Houston area?

Yes, we are accepting new patients that reside in the state of Texas. You do not have to live in the Houston area specifically.

Do you take any type of insurance? Do you provide “superbills”?

No, the clinic does not accept any insurance. It operates on a direct-cash pay basis only.

We do not provide patients a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement purposes as we use an integrative psychiatry care model that provides extended appointment times and customized treatment plans with services that insurance companies do not reimburse for.

How much will services cost? Are Good Faith Estimates available?

Our prices are clearly listed on the Services Tab. You are also entitled to a Good Faith Estimate.

Are all appointments virtual?

Yes, we are a 100% telepsychiatry clinic that uses a HIPAA compliant platform to give patients maximum flexibility & enhanced privacy using a device of their choice.

How can I request an appointment?

You can call the office line directly, email us, or submit an inquiry using the secure form on the contact page. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel 48 hours in advance to cancel in order to avoid fees. Within 48 hours of appointment time, you will be charged the full office visit fee.

What does reproductive psychiatry mean?

Reproductive psychiatry is a subspecialty focused on the convergence of mental health and female reproductive events across the lifespan of menstruation, contraception, pregnancy, postpartum period, infertility and menopause. The field addresses psychiatric disorders triggered or exacerbated by hormonal fluctuations during reproductive transitions.

Does the clinic offer psychotherapy as well?

Yes. Treatment of reproductive psychiatric conditions involves targeting the mind, body and soul. The clinic provides specialized integrated psychiatric care going far beyond medication management and psychotherapy. It involves deep evaluation of your nutrition and movement status, sexual life and intimacy, regulation of sleep and energy levels and your emotional needs.
